The present work presents as proposal teaching activities that can favor a reflexive learning, that contributes with the formative learning base. In view of this, we conceptualized in Chemistry classes, which understood this research, the conception about the Chemical Transformations, subject guiding the Curriculum of the State of São Paulo for the 1 st Series. In promoting this teaching we seek teaching strategies that could integrate this knowledge with others from the different disciplines of the National Curricular Common Base, with a view to the Natural Sciences, since we perceive that in the National High School Exam there is a difficulty, of the candidates, in achieve a proficiency greater than 600, which indicate that the student has been hitting from the easiest to the most difficult questions. To contemplate the learning process, it was proposed the development of a Science Fair, based on the theme Diabetes, considering the historical moments of the 20th century that stimulated the knowledge about this disease, structuring references until now known by the scientific community. Previously the Science Fair there was a training process with the students of 16 classes, in the discipline of Chemistry, in a state school of integral education of São Manuel / SP. The organization of pedagogical activities was based on the considerations made by Vygotsky in the cultural historical perspective of the development of the human being. We sought to accompany and understand the development of student knowledge from the beginning of the activities to the completion of all the work performed by them, observing every advance in cognitive perceptions. In order to carry out this process, we recorded all the student speeches in a Field Diary of the teacher / researcher and the students were able to do the same with the dialogues of the group in a Log Diary, these documents were analyzed qualitatively through Microgenetic Analysis. At the beginning of the formative process we observed a limitation in the explanations of the students about the subjects discussed, which were improved with the course of the pedagogical practices through the process of imitation of the teacher's explanations and / or use of the intellectual principles of the Scientific Dissemination texts selected for contribute to the teaching and learning process. The dialogues promoted between teacher-students and student-student provided a reduction of previously identified difficulties. In general, we observe several indicators of apprehension of the knowledge that is available. The practices performed were relevant so that students could approach the activities carried out in scientific studies, being able to understand all the difficulties encountered by scholars in this course, until arriving at a conception accepted by the scientific community. The History of Diabetes enabled students to understand how knowledge is built gradually and collectively, sensitizing students to the teaching of natural sciences, showing how much this learning is diligent.
