Resumo
Objetivo Analisar a inserção ocupacional de egressos de cursos com perfil agroindustrial, a partir das respostas do questionário institucional, conhecido como WebSAI-e, nas regiões administrativas do Estado de São Paulo, desenvolver uma avaliação comparada dos resultados, com ênfase aos egressos e da capacidade de firmar novos empreendedores. Procedimentos de Pesquisa Essa pesquisa utiliza as abordagens quantitativa e qualitativa, de natureza aplicada, com finalidade de caráter descritivo por apresentar e analisar aspectos da instituição de ensino Centro Paula Souza, o objeto do estudo. O procedimento de coleta utilizado foi documental, a partir de relatórios obtidos pela aplicação do questionário institucional via sistema eletrônico denominado de WebSAI-e. O foco da análise qualitativa é a descrição do CPS, sua estrutura e concepção do ensino para o êxito na inserção dos egressos no mercado de trabalho. A unidade de análise quantitativa da pesquisa é a condição ocupacional do egresso, obtida através das respostas do WebSAI-e, com série histórica de 2013 a 2018. Resultados e Discussões A partir das análises desenvolvidas sob a inserção ocupacional dos egressos de cursos com perfil agroindustrial contatou-se que as atividades empreendedoras remuneradas, relacionadas aos cursos técnicos que realizaram, nos setores agricultura / pecuária, comércio, indústria e serviços é 10,63% e que as regiões administrativas oferecem oportunidades de atuação com carteira assinada e como empreendedor nesses setores citados. Constatou-se também, que as ações de educação empreendedora que o CPS está promovendo para a formação profissional de técnicos com perfil agroindustrial são eficientes para a inserção ocupacional no mercado de trabalho. Implicações Gerenciais O trabalho apresenta os vínculos ocupacionais dos egressos do CPS, por ano, região, formação segundo o curso realizado e suas relações com a especialidade regional das áreas administrativas do Estado de São Paulo. Foi possível determinar os cursos e regiões tiveram maior frequência de vínculos como empreendedor e empregados. O modelo utilizado permite a aplicação prática em outras pesquisas. Conclusões e Limitações da Pesquisa O estudo realizado mostrou que o investimento na educação, em todos os níveis e modalidades, favorece e intensifica a formação no capital humano, ressaltando que tornar-se empreendedor é uma parte essencial de um processo de aprendizagem. A principal limitação foi em relação à coleta dos dados do questionário institucional, dependendo exclusivamente da disponibilidade da instituição. Originalidade Este trabalho estudou a inserção ocupacional de empregados e empreendedores no setor agroindustrial do estado de São Paulo. O estudo apresenta a educação empreendedora oferecida pelo Centro Paula Souza e suas escolas técnicas estaduais, incluindo as condições materiais e ações institucionais para promover a formação no ensino técnico de nível médio para o ambiente paulista e o resultado socioeconômico promovido pelo ingresso profissional no mercado de trabalho.
Purpose To analyze the occupational insertion of graduates of courses with agroindustrial profile, from the answers of the institutional questionnaire, known as WebSAI-e, in the administrative regions of the State of São Paulo, to develop a comparative evaluation of the results, with emphasis on the graduates and the ability to firm new entrepreneurs. Design This research uses the quantitative and qualitative approaches, applied in nature, with the purpose of descriptive character to present and analyze aspects of the educational institution Centro Paula Souza, the object of the study. The collection procedure used was documentary, based on reports obtained by applying the institutional questionnaire via the electronic system called WebSAI-e. The focus of the qualitative analysis is the description of CPS, its structure and conception of teaching for the successful insertion of graduates in the labor market. The unit of quantitative analysis of the survey is the occupational condition of the egress, obtained through WebSAI-e responses, with historical series from 2013 to 2018. Findings and Discussions From the analysis developed under the occupational insertion of the graduates of courses with agro-industrial profile it was found that the paid entrepreneurial activities, related to the technical courses that took, in the agriculture / livestock, commerce, industry and services sectors is 10.63% and that The administrative regions offer opportunities for acting with a formal contract and as an entrepreneur in these sectors. It was also found that the entrepreneurial education actions that the CPS is promoting for the vocational training of technicians with agro-industrial profile are efficient for occupational insertion in the labor market. Management Implication The paper presents the occupational ties of the graduates of the CPS, by year, region, education according to the course and their relationship with the regional specialty of the administrative areas of the State of São Paulo. It was possible to determine which courses and regions had the most frequent ties as entrepreneur and employees. The model used allows practical application in other research. Conclusion and Research limitations The study showed that investment in education, at all levels and modalities, favors and intensifies training in human capital, emphasizing that becoming an entrepreneur is an essential part of a learning process. The main limitation was regarding the collection of data from the institutional questionnaire, depending exclusively on the availability of the institution. Originality This paper studied the occupational insertion of employees and entrepreneurs in the agroindustrial sector of the state of. The study presents the entrepreneurial education offered by the Paula Souza Center and its state technical schools, including the material conditions and institutional actions to promote the formation of secondary level technical education for the São Paulo environment and the socioeconomic result promoted by the professional entrance in the labor market.
