Resumo
As manifestações de rua ao redor do mundo nos últimos anos trazem uma marca de novidade aos repertórios utilizados anteriormente. Demandas por melhorias econômicas e políticas perpassam o clamor da ruas. No entanto o fazem com uma novidade: o uso da internet como principal mecanismo de organização e divulgação dos atos das manifestações. O advento da internet modificou radicalmente nossas relações interpessoais e com o mundo. Passamos cada vez mais tempo online, o que fez com que vários serviços migrassem para além do espaço físico. Dentro dessa perspectiva, a política também tem se alterado e vem sendo discutida na esfera pública online, espaço da rede que tem facilitado o debate devido às suas características horizontais que dinamizam a participação. Reflexo das manifestações globais pode ser visto no Brasil, a partir de junho de 2013. As manifestações ficaram conhecidas como Jornadas de Junho e marcam uma nova fase de protestos, que se estende até as grandes manifestações do Impeachment da presidente Dilma Roussef. Principais atores dessas manifestações: o Movimento Passe Livre como principal articulador, o Movimento Brasil Livre e o Vem Pra Rua. Esses últimos dois movimentos marcam também o uso desses novos repertórios por uma nova direita, que vai às ruas e se manifesta enquanto ator político emergente. O objetivo específico desta dissertação é demonstrar a emergência dessa nova direita, observando seu modus operandi e quais processos ela utiliza para ganhar força. Os objetivos gerais são contribuir com a discussão acerca desses processos, tanto da emergência da nova direita como da importância da internet enquanto mecanismo inovador de mobilização de grandes massas, utilizando a experiência do movimento Vem Pra Rua como um dos principais atores das mobilizações, avançando para a compreensão dos riscos que esses novos repertórios impõem à democracia.
Street demonstrations around the world in recent years bring a mark of novelty to the previously used repertoires. Demands for economic and political improvements pervade the clamor of the streets. However, they do so with something new: the use of the internet as the main mechanism for organizing and disseminating acts of the manifestations. The advent of the internet has radically changed our interpersonal and world relationships. We spend more and more time online, which has led to many services migrating beyond physical space. Within this perspective, the policy has also changed and is being discussed in the online public sphere, a network space that has facilitated the debate due to its horizontal characteristics that dynamize participation. Reflection of global demonstrations can be seen in Brazil from June 2013. The demonstrations became known as June Days and mark a new phase of protests, extending to the major protests of Dilma Roussef Impeachment. Main actors of these demonstrations: Movimento Passe Livre as the main articulator, Movimento Brasil Livre and Vem Pra Rua. These last two movements also mark the use of these new repertoires by a new right, which takes to the streets and manifests itself as an emerging political actor. We intend to work specifically demonstrating the emergence of this new rightwing, observing its modus operandi and what processes it uses to gain strength. The general goals of this paper are to contribute to the discussion about these processes, both the emergence of the new right and its use of the internet as an innovative mechanism for mobilizing large masses, using the experience of the Vem Pra Rua movement as one of the main accountables of the mobilizations, advancing to understand the risks that these new repertoires impose on democracy.
