Poder e história: o conceito de estratégia em Michel Foucault

Resumo
O objetivo desse trabalho é duplo. Primeiro, estabelecer, através da leitura, fichamento e compilação das obras completas de Michel Foucault, seu conceito de estratégia, estranhamente fruto de poucos estudos. O segundo, após o estabelecimento desse conceito, aventar a possibilidade da leitura da obra do filósofo francês tendo como prisma a noção de estratégia. Em nossa pesquisa, constatamos a existência de cinco conceitos diferentes de estratégia em Foucault, os quais sumarizamos em três: estratégia arqueológica, estratégia histórica e estratégia de comando. A partir, sobretudo, da noção de estratégia histórica, pretendemos fazer uma releitura de Foucault amparado nesses conceitos. Assim, dividimos a obra de Foucault em três partes: falência da estratégia, quando ele, amparado no conceito arqueológico de saber, leva seu primeiro método, a arqueologia, a seu limite, implicando em sua reversão na genealogia; a segunda, a analítica das estratégias, onde Foucault mostra como se constituiu o presente, com seus dispositivos de poder, nos marcos de uma ontologia do presente; por fim, a proposição da estratégia, onde Foucault bosqueja uma proposição ética, oferecendo saídas diante do quadro levantado anteriormente. Para tanto, primeiramente analisamos a modernidade filosófica. Na sequência damos indicações biobibliográficas da leitura de Foucault, debatendo com múltiplos comentadores. Por fim, analisamos os conceitos de estratégia tal como esboçados acima.
The objective of this work is double. First, to establish, through the reading, studying and compiling of the complete works of Michel Foucault, his concept of strategy, which have been so little comment so far. The second, after the establishment of these concepts, to suggest the possibility of a lecture of the works of the French philosopher having as prism the notion of strategy. In our research, we have verified the existence of five different concepts of strategy in Foucault, which we have summarized in three: archeological strategy, historical strategy and command strategy. Having as basis the historical strategy concept, we intend to make an interpretation of Foucault. So, we divide the works of Foucault in three parts: failure of strategy, when he, based on the archeological concept, leads his first methods, the archeology, to its limits, implying his reversion in the genealogy, his second method; the second, the analytics of the strategies, where Foucault shows how the present itself is constituted, with his powers apparatus, in the marks of an ontology of the present; finally, the proposition of the strategy, where Foucault outlines an ethical proposition, offering ways face the situation previously appointed. For that, firstly we analyze the philosophical modernity. In the sequency, we give biobibliographical indications of Foucault’s interpretation, debating with various commentators. In the end, we analyze the concepts of strategy as indicated above.
