Resumo
A importância da memória para a construção da história das cidades é um tema relevante para a identidade local. A tecnologia e as redes sociais possibilitaram a descoberta e a participação de novos protagonistas para difundir esse saber coletivo, com pessoas comuns dispostas a contar suas histórias de vida relacionadas à sua cidade. O objetivo geral da pesquisa aqui proposta é apresentar o Plano de Arquivo Digital da Memória Lençoense, a ser desenvolvido a partir das entrevistas orais reunidas em um projeto anterior, intitulado “Memória e Identidade Lençoense”, criado pela Prefeitura de Lençóis Paulista, em 2009, e de relatos gravados subsequentes. Para isso, realiza-se uma revisão bibliográfica e utiliza-se o método de história oral. Tendo como foco central o relato do próprio entrevistado com suas experiências e trajetórias de vida, a metodologia possibilita a criação de fontes de consulta através de gravações de entrevistas que retratam depoimentos, saberes e acontecimentos históricos que ficarão armazenados e disponibilizados para consulta pública no local e na rede. O projeto visa identificar quais os problemas enfrentados na implementação de políticas públicas, especificamente na área de cultura no passado dentro do contexto local em que se insere a pesquisa, e elencar as possíveis barreiras atuais na disponibilização dessa nova ferramenta de memória. Também foi realizada uma triagem de todo material arquivado da coleção “Memória e Identidade” e um estudo de softwares que possam organizar e disponibilizar o acesso dos arquivos apresentando um plano final que seja viável para o município.
ABSTRACT The importance of memory for the construction of the history of cities is a relevant theme for local identity. Technology and social networks have enabled the discovery and participation of new protagonists to spread this collective knowledge, with common people willing to tell their life stories related to their city. The general objective of this research project is to formulate and present the Digital Archive Plan of Memória Lençoense, to be developed from the oral interviews gathered in the previous project, entitled “Memória e Identidade Lençoense”, created by the Lençóis Paulista City Hall, in 2009, and from subsequent recorded accounts. For this, a literature review will be performed and the oral history method will be used. With a central focus on the interviewee's own account of their experiences and life trajectories, it enables the creation of sources of consultation through interview recordings that portray testimonies, knowledge and historical events that will be stored and made available for public consultation on the network. The project aims to identify the problems faced in the implementation of public policies specifically in the area of culture in the past and list possible current barriers in making this new memory tool available. There will also be a screening of all archived material from the “Memory and Identity” collection and a study of software that can organize and provide access to the files, presenting a final plan that is viable for the municipality.
