Resumo
O presente trabalho objetivou estudar sobre o direito de brincar, evidenciado por meio das legislações que o garantem , como o mesmo é essencial para a fase infantil. Refletiu a concepção sócio histórica de infância durante o período do século XX e trouxe como experiência a atuação do Grupo de Extensão Universitária “Comunicativa e Popular Ginga” na busca do direito de brincar, abordando também a realidade social encontrada no espaço de atuação do grupo. Buscou colaborar no debate acerca da compreensão da garantia do direito de brincar, além de evidenciar a importância da Extensão Universitária Comunicativa e Popular no trabalho com a comunidade e valorização dos saberes populares. Desta forma, o estudo aproxima-se da reflexão crítica dialética, capaz de fornecer o entendimento de totalidade do objeto trabalhado, utilizando-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e relato de experiência para elaboração das proposições aqui apresentadas. Ademais, apresenta os impasses advindos da pandemia de Covid-19 que impossibilitaram o trabalho do grupo Ginga até o momento, mas que mesmo com as adversidades se manteve atuante, com o planejamento das ações que virão no cenário futuro que o espera e assim, essas reflexões contribuam com o contexto histórico e social da extensão.
The present work aimed to study about the right to play, evidenced by the legislation that guarantees it, and how it is essential to the childhood phase. It reflected the social and historical conception of childhood during the 20th century and brought as experience the acting of the Communicative and Popular University Extension Group Ginga in the search for the right to play, also approaching the social reality found in the group's acting space. It sought to contribute to the debate about the understanding of the guarantee of the right to play, in addition to highlighting the importance of Communicative and Popular University Extension in working with the community and valuing popular knowledge. Thus, the study approaches the dialectical critical reflection, capable of providing the understanding of the totality of the object worked, using bibliographic research and experience report to elaborate the propositions presented here. Furthermore, it presents the impasses arising from the Covid-19 pandemic that have made it impossible for the Ginga group to work up to now, but that even with the adversities it has remained active, with the planning of actions that will come in the future scenario that awaits it and thus, these reflections contribute to the historical and social context of extension.
