Resumo
O tema dessa dissertação de mestrado é a gestão e o gestor da escola de educação infantil. O objetivo é analisar como a gestão da escola de educação infantil é abordada em teses publicadas no Brasil (1997-2019), disponibilizadas na plataforma Oásis, e se há tratamento específico sobre a figura masculina, o gestor escolar, nessas pesquisas. Com este objetivo, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica onde foram selecionadas teses e dissertações com as palavras-chave: “gestão da escola” e “educação infantil” que foram analisadas com Gallo e Figueiredo (2015) os quais trazem a ideia de maioridade e menoridade – linhas de fuga. Após analisarmos alguns aspectos que constituíram o histórico da Educação Infantil e também o pensamento da Administração Escolar, pudemos constatar que não houve tratamento específico à gestão da escola de educação infantil em nenhuma das subáreas de conhecimento. Em seguida, com referencial anunciado, após levantamento e sistematização do material, constatamos que, entre os anos 1997 e 2019, a análise de conteúdo de acordo com Bardin; as pesquisas realizadas com sujeitos das escolas, sobretudo gestoras; referências a muitos autores – multirreferencialidade; separação entre teoria e prática, o emprego do termo gestor de forma genérica e a gestão associada à ideia de inovação, transformação e superação da burocracia e seus sujeitos como responsáveis por estas ações. Já acerca da menoridade que pode se constituir como linhas de fuga foram notadas a análise de dados a partir da perspectiva foucaultiana; questão do gênero e da gestão da escola de Educação Infantil; subordinação da creche em relação à pré-escola e a especificidade da Educação Infantil. Mesmo sendo em relação à escola de Educação Infantil, com a defesa de se considerar a especificidade da etapa de ensino e da importância da formação aos profissionais que nela atuam, a gestão escolar é contemplada de forma genérica acerca do conceito e da escola, predomina-se o distanciamento entre teoria e prática, política e gestão, com a prescrição das primeiras em relação às segundas. O tratamento específico ao gestor escolar do gênero masculino se constitui como linha de fuga, em uma das teses foi possível verificar a temática e vislumbrar as desigualdades presentes, como a hierarquização das funções na educação se relacionar a hierarquia de gênero; a docência e a orientação pedagógica são predominantemente exercidas pelas mulheres e nos cargos de atuação ligados às ações administrativas a presença masculina é mais evidente sobretudo no cargo de diretor que representa a maior amplitude de poder no âmbito escolar.
The theme of this master's dissertation is the management and manager of the early childhood education school. The objective is to analyze how early childhood education school management is addressed in theses published in Brazil (1997-2019), made available on the Oasis platform, and whether there is a specific treatment of the male figure, the school manager, in these studies. With this objective, a bibliographical research was carried out where theses and dissertations were selected with the keywords: “school management” and “child education” that were analyzed with Gallo and Figueiredo (2015) which bring the idea of majority and minority – escape lines. After analyzing some aspects that constituted the history of Early Childhood Education and also the thinking of School Administration, we could see that there was no specific treatment to the management of the early childhood education school in any of the sub-areas of knowledge. Then, with the announced reference, after surveying and systematizing the material, we found that, between the years 1997 and 2019, content analysis according to Bardin; research carried out with subjects from schools, especially managers; references to many authors – multi-referentiality; separation between theory and practice, the use of the term manager in a generic way and management associated with the idea of innovation, transformation and overcoming bureaucracy and its subjects as responsible for these actions. Regarding the minority that can be constituted as lines of flight, data analysis from the Foucauldian perspective was noted; issue of gender and early childhood school management; daycare subordination in relation to preschool and the specificity of Early Childhood Education. Even in relation to the Early Childhood School, with the defense of considering the specificity of the teaching stage and the importance of training the professionals who work in it, school management is contemplated in a generic way about the concept and the school, predominating. if the gap between theory and practice, policy and management, with the prescription of the former in relation to the latter. The specific treatment of the male school manager constitutes a line of flight, in one of the theses it was possible to verify the theme and glimpse the present inequalities, such as the hierarchy of functions in education relating to the gender hierarchy; teaching and pedagogical guidance are predominantly exercised by women and in the positions of performance linked to administrative actions, the male presence is more evident, especially in the position of principal, which represents the greatest breadth of power in the school environment.
