Resumo
Este trabalho é uma pesquisa bibliométrica sobre a evolução dos artigos sobre o tema “Comportamento organizacional”, no período de 2001 a 2020, utilizado a base de dados internacional Scopus. O objetivo geral é entender, através de gráficos e tabelas, a evolução do tema e de suas abordagens conforme os anos com intuito de identificar principais abordagens e relações do tema em questão com outros assuntos que estão sendo estudados. As pesquisas sobre comportamento organizacional podem ser trabalhadas com diversos assuntos, por conta de sua natureza multidisciplinar. Assim, foi realizada bibliometria, de cunho quantitativo, em ordem de se analisar as principais tendências e variáveis nessa área. Foram selecionados 1137 artigos em três idiomas diferentes. Este trabalho terá como contribuição acadêmica, orientando pesquisas futuras sobre temas e métodos mais utilizados, e gerencial, como meio de enfatizar a influência do comportamento dos profissionais em diversos elementos da empresa, como Liderança e Motivação, em um cenário mais globalizado que supervaloriza a inovação e a tecnologia. A partir dessa análise, concluiu-se que houve evolução nas pesquisas de comportamento organizacional. Artigos com temas, coletas de dados e análises diversos foram observados e empregados em diferentes países e tipos de empresas, principalmente em universidade e empresas do setor de saúde. Todavia, notou-se que alguns artigos não especificaram tipos de análise utilizadas, nem identificaram o local de pesquisa realizado. Sugere-se maior clareza nos tipos de métodos de pesquisas e análises utilizados, bem como nas pesquisas por temas poucos explorados com comportamento.
This work is a bibliometric research on the evolution of articles on the subject "Organizational Behavior", in the period from 2001 to 2020, using the international database Scopus. The general objective is to understand, through graphs and tables, the evolution of the theme and its approaches according to the years, in order to identify the main approaches and relationships of the theme in question with other subjects that are being studied. Research on organizational behavior can be worked with several subjects, due to its multidisciplinary nature. Thus, a quantitative bibliometric study was carried out in order to analyze the main trends and variables in this area. A total of 1137 articles in three different languages were selected. This work will have an academic contribution, guiding future research on more used themes and methods, and managerial, as a means of emphasizing the influence of the behavior of professionals in various elements of the company, such as Leadership and Motivation, in a more globalized scenario that overvalues innovation and technology. From this analysis, it was concluded that there has been an evolution in organizational behavior research. Articles with diverse themes, data collection and analysis were observed and used in different countries and types of companies, mainly in universities and companies in the health sector. However, it was noted that some articles did not specify types of analysis used, nor did they identify the place of research conducted. Greater clarity is suggested in the types of research methods and analyses used, as well as in the research for topics that have been little explored with behavior.
