Resumo
A quarta revolução industrial e sua fundamental transformação digital, conhecida como
Indústria 4.0, está progredindo exponencialmente. Para a Supply Chain Management (SCM),
esta revolução digital significa automatização de toda Supply Chain (SC) a fim de reduzir custos
e otimizar os processos, sendo que todas as informações serão administradas por dispositivos.
Neste contexto, a principal matéria-prima são os dados e a maior preocupação está em como
administrar e proteger estes dados de maneira adequada. Neste cenário, a tecnologia Blockchain
(BC) apresenta grandes benefícios quando aplicada na SCM. A BC garante a segurança e
privacidade das informações ao serem compartilhadas, aumentando a confiança entre as partes
relacionadas na SC, concebendo contratos mais duradouros e flexíveis. Além disso, junto à
Internet das Coisas (Internet of Things – IOT), a BC aprimora os sistemas de rastreabilidade de
produtos por toda a SC, melhorando a administração do estoque e reduzindo desperdícios.
Nesse quadro, o objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar o estado da arte, com relação aos artigos
sobre BC na SCM publicados entre 2009 e 2020 por meio de técnicas da Revisão Sistemática
da Literatura, incluindo a análise bibliométrica e a análise de co-citações e co-autoria. Desta
forma, foi possível averiguar a relevância do tema na literatura, além de outras informações
pertinentes, que favorecerão estudos futuros sobre o tema. Ademais, também foi possível
identificar as principais palavras-chave e as lacunas científicas
The fourth industrial revolution and its fundamental digital transformation, known as Industry 4.0, is progressing exponentially. For Supply Chain Management (SCM), this digital revolution means automation of the entire Supply Chain (SC) in order to reduce costs and optimize processes, with all information being managed by devices. In this context, the main raw material is data and the biggest concern is how to properly manage and protect this data. In this scenario, Blockchain (BC) technology has great benefits when applied in SCM. BC guarantees the security and privacy of the information when it is shared, increasing the trust between the related parties in SC, designing more durable and flexible contracts. In addition, along with the Internet of Things (IOT), BC improves product traceability systems throughout SC, improving inventory management and reducing waste. In this context, the objective of this work was to verify the state of the art, with respect to articles on BC in SCM published between 2009 and 2020 through techniques of Systematic Literature Review, including bibliometric analysis and analysis of co-citations and co-authorshit. Thus, it was possible to ascertain the relevance of the topic in the literature, in addition to other pertinent information, which will favor future studies on the topic. In addition, it was also possible to identify the main keywords and scientific gaps
