Resumo
A Reforma Agrária no Brasil é um debate atual que necessita ser realizado. A diversidade dos territórios produzidos por esta política pública a partir das várias políticas de obtenção de terras, nos motivou a realizar este estudo. Nele vimos que a Reforma Agrária brasileira perpassa por ao menos três possibilidades, a saber: a Reforma Agrária Estrutural, que faz parte das reinvindicações dos movimentos socioterritoriais; a Reforma Agrária Marginal, implementada principalmente pelos governos militares e; a Reforma Agrária Conservadora, característica dos governos democráticos no país. Realizamos para isso uma intensa leitura conceitual da Reforma Agrária no Brasil e no mundo. A Reforma Agrária no Brasil é um processo dinâmico inserido na disputa paradigmática entre o PQA – Paradigma da Questão Agrária e o PCA – Paradigma do Capitalismo Agrário, no PQA acredita-se que os novos elementos da questão agrária justificam o debate sobre a implantação da Reforma Agrária, já o PCA nega a existência de problemas no campo que justifiquem algum tipo de alteração na estrutura fundiária e no modelo de desenvolvimento adotado no país
The agrarian reform in Brazil is an actual debate that needs to be done. The diversity of the territories witch are produced by that public policy that comes from many other policies of land achievement, is what made us interested on this research. Through it we could see that the Brazilian Agrarian Reform have at least three possibilities, witch are: the structural agrarian reform, that is part of socialterritorial movements claims; Marginal Agrarian Reform, mainly implemented by the military government and; the Conservative Agrarian Reform, typical of the democratic government in the country. For that, we have made an intensive conceptual reading about Agrarian Reform in Brazil and in the world. The Agrarian Reform in Brazil is a dynamic process inserted on the paradigmatic dispute between PQA - Agrarian Question Paradigm and PCA - Agrarian Capitalism Paradigm, on PQA is believed that that the new elements of agrarian question justify the debate about the Agrarian Reform implantation, on the other hand, the PCA denies the rural problems that justify any type of changemet on the agrarian structure and the development system adopted in the country
