Resumo
A quantidade de água potável no mundo está diminuindo, enquanto a população mundial está aumentando. No Brasil, as maiores concentrações urbanas estão no sul e sudeste do país, ocorrendo uma desproporcionalidade na relação água/população, se comparado com a média nacional. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo diagnosticar a influência das atividades antrópicas na qualidade da água do córrego Gavanhery no Município de Getulina, Estado de São Paulo. As informações foram obtidas a partir de análises das amostras que foram coletadas mensalmente em 07 (sete) pontos, sendo 06 (seis) pontos no córrego Gavanhery e 01 (um) ponto no córrego Lambari, pois o córrego Lambari deságua no Gavanhery, está incluído na microbacia do Gavanhery e ambos estão localizados na periferia do município. As coletas foram realizadas no período de maio de 2007 a outubro de 2007. Os córregos recebem contribuições de águas servidas de esgoto doméstico clandestino e escoamento superficial de águas pluviais. Com a análise dos parâmetros físicos, químicos e biológicos foi possível analisar a qualidade da água do córrego Gavanhery e através das atividades antrópicas de agropecuária e uso do solo pode-se observar o atual estado de degradação de sua bacia hidrográfica. De modo geral foi observado que apesar das águas do córrego Gavanhery não apresentarem índices, ótimo e bom, 04 (quatro) pontos dos 07 (sete) analisados obtiveram índices da qualidade da água como aceitável. Após diagnosticar as influências antrópicas na qualidade da água do córrego Gavanhery e analisar o índice de qualidade da água, foram sugeridas propostas que viabilizem medidas mitigadoras para correções complementares, entre elas a conscientização da população com ênfase na educação ambiental.
The amount of drinkable water in the world is decreasing, while the world population is increasing. In Brazil, the largest urban concentrations are in the south and southeast of the country, happening a disproportionatein the relationship of water and population, if compared with the national average. The present work had as objective to diagnose the influence of the human activities in the quality of the water of the river Gavanhery in the Municipal district of Getulina, State of São Paulo. The information were obtained starting from analyses of the samples that monthly was collected in 07 (seven) points, being 06 (six) points in the river Gavanhery and 01 (one) point in the river Lambari, because the river Lambari emptiesin Gavanhery, is included in the micro-basin of Gavanhery and both are located in the periphery of the municipal district. The collections were accomplished in the period of May of 2007 to October of 2007. The rivers receives contributions of served waters of secret domestic sewer and pluvial waters from the surface. With the analysis of the physical, chemical and biological parameters it was possible to analyze the quality of the water of the river Gavanhery and through the human activities of agricultural and I use of the soil the current state of degradation of its hidrographic basin it can be observed. In general it was observed that in spite of the waters of the river Gavanhery present not indexes, great and good, 04 (four) points of the 07 (seven) analyzed they obtained indexes of the quality of the water as acceptable. After to diagnose the human influences in the quality of the water of the river Gavanhery and to analyze the index of quality of the water, they were suggested proposed that make possible measured mitigation for complemental corrections, among them the understanding of the population with emphasis in the environmental education.
