Resumo
A pesquisa se localiza no marco do trabalho interdisciplinar aplicada no campo dos grupos e das intervenções grupais em contextos sociais. O relato do trabalho realizado pelo Instituto Atende - Psicologia e Serviço Social procura explicitar concepções, vivências e intervenções grupais em diferentes campos de ação social, visando o estabelecimento de relações e implicações com o processo de mudança das pessoas e de cultura. As conclusões, sem a preten-são de generalização, orientam-se à identificação da forma como os profissio-nais configuram e dão sentido a suas práticas profissionais e aos objetos soci-ais intervindos. Em geral, as concepções identificadas são construções situa-cionais baseadas na referência prática e não teórica derivada da experiência cotidiana com grupos. A figura do profissional, e principalmente seu papel co-mo interventor de grupos, é legitimada na interface entre contexto e grupo. A-través da intervenção grupal, é o inter-comunicador, potencializador e legitima-dor de significados, mudanças e práticas sociais conseqüentes.
The research takes place in the landmark of the interdisciplinar work applied to the field of the groups and of the groupal interventions in social contexts. The report of the work accomplished by Instituto Atende - Psicologia e Serviço Social searches for expliciting conceptions, experiences and groupal interventions of different fields of social action, aiming the establishment of the relations and implications with the process of people's change and of the culture. the conclusions without the pretension of generalization, guide to an identification of the form as the professionals configure and give sense to their professional practices and interventions of the social objects. Generally, the identified conceptions are situational constructions based onde practical reference and not to the theoretical one, derived from the daily experience with groups. The figure of the professional and essentially his role as an intervener of groups, is legitimated in the interface between context and group. Through of the groupal intervention is the inter-comunicator, capacitate with legitimation of the meanings, changes and social consequent practices.
