Eva Luna: a leitura de um romance sul-americano a partir de seus ecos textuais ao Livro das Mil e Uma Noites

Resumo
O objetivo desta pesquisa é construir relações dialógicas, suscitadas na edificação do romance Eva Luna, da escritora chilena Isabel Allende (1987b), face ao Livro das Mil e Uma Noites (2015, 2021). Estas relações são determinadas a partir da apropriação do enredo central da obra do passado – narrar para sobreviver – incorporada ao texto do presente. Em Eva Luna, as histórias das personagens se entrelaçam, uma após a outra, edificando esta nova trama. Dessa forma, acredita-se que, por meio da intertextualidade delineada por Allende, o prólogo-moldura, formato pertencente ao Livro das Mil e Uma Noites, é transportado e reconstruído na voz de Eva Luna. A protagonista do romance também emula histórias, porém faz isso pelas ruas em troca de dinheiro. Personificada no romance, a figura de Ṧahrᾱzᾱd é rememorada, sendo então transladada e renovada na contemporaneidade através da prática narrativa característica do texto da Antiguidade. Além disso, busca-se demonstrar, e discutir, como a presença do discurso feminino, atributo imanente nos textos da chilena, é explorado pela romancista em seu texto. A fim de amparar esta discussão, ao longo do trabalho percorre-se o histórico e origens da obra milenar, a tradição das fábulas, bem como sua concepção e a vida da maior escritora latino-americana. Como corpus referência ao texto milenar, estipulou-se o uso da tradução em cinco volumes de Mamede Mustafa Jarouche, o Livro das Mil e Uma Noites. A discussão de conceitos centrais, tais como as relações intertextuais, o contemporâneo e as fábulas, serão apresentados, principalmente, com o auxílio de teóricos como Mikhail Bakhtin (2002), Julia Kristeva (2005), Tiphaine Samoyault (2008), qualificados por José Luiz Fiorin (2018), Affonso Romano de Sant´Anna (2003), Maria Celeste Consolin Dezotti (2018), Lúcia Castelo Branco (1991) entre outros.
The aim of this research is to raise dialogical liaisons arisen in the construction of the novel Eva Luna by the Chilean writer Isabel Allende (1987b), in relation to the Arabian Nights (2015, 2021). These relations are determined from the appropriation of the central plot from the past – narrate to survive – incorporated into the text of the present. In Eva Luna, the stories of the characters intertwine, one after the other, building this new plot. Therefore, it is believed that, through the intertextuality outlined by Allende, the designed frame, a format belonging to the Arabian Nights, is transferred, and reconstructed in the voice of Eva Luna. The protagonist of the novel also emulates stories, however, she does it on the streets in exchange for money. Personified in the novel Ṧahrᾱzᾱd is reproduced to be then translated and renewed in contemporary times through the narrative practice, which is typical from ancient texts. In addition, it seeks to demonstrate and discuss how the presence of the feminine writing is explored by the novelist in her text, an immanent attribute in Allende's works. To support our discussion throughout this research, the history and origins of the antique work are covered. Furthermore, the tradition of fables as well as its conception and the life of the greatest Latin American writer are presented. The five-volume translation of Livro das Mil e Uma Noites, by Mamede Mustafa Jarouche was adopted as a corpus reference to the Arabian Nights. The discussion of central concepts, such as intertextual relations, the contemporary literature and the fables will be presented, mainly, with the help of theorists such as Mikhail Bakhtin (2002), Julia Kristeva (2005), Tiphaine Samoyault (2008), qualified by José Luiz Fiorin (2018), Affonso Romano de Sant´Anna (2003), Maria Celeste Consolin Dezotti (2018), Lúcia Castelo Branco (1991) among others.
