O sentido de família: implicações para a atenção a adolescentes em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde

Resumo
As diferentes formas de organização da sociedade impuseram transformações na dinâmica familiar ao longo do tempo. Há um processo histórico de constituição da família no contexto da sociedade capitalista contemporânea e também de formação desse conceito, que expressa um movimento contínuo de transformação das relações sociais no interior da instituição familiar e que está ligado a uma totalidade social. Considerando que há um significado social de família, entende-se que a psicologia histórico-cultural oferece ferramentas teórico-conceituais, dentre elas, a unidade dos processos cognitivos e afetivos que estão plasmados em toda e qualquer imagem subjetiva do real, para entender como se produzem as ideias de família em cada sujeito singular. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo apreender o sentido de família para adolescentes atendidos pelo serviço de psicologia em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde – de um município localizado no interior do estado de São Paulo, onde a profissional e pesquisadora atua. O estudo se fundamenta nos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos do Materialismo Histórico-Dialético e da Psicologia Histórico-Cultural. O procedimento de pesquisa adotado para a produção dos dados foi a entrevista semiestruturada baseada no método da História Oral (ALBERTI, 2005), considerando seu alinhamento com a base teórica e os objetivos desta pesquisa. Foram realizadas entrevistas com dois adolescentes, um do gênero feminino e outro masculino, com idades entre 14 e 17 anos – faixa etária atendida na UBS. A análise dos dados foi realizada mediante a metodologia dos Núcleos de Significação (AGUIAR; OZELLA, 2006), desdobrando-se em quatro núcleos de significação: 1) Relação Família-Sociedade; 2) Família-adolescente: aspectos relacionais; 3) A demanda por atendimento psicológico e família; 4) Relações familiares e atividades na adolescência. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram que o sentido de família é uma textura que incorpora as relações sociais e familiares, as experiências escolares, de trabalho e o legado das gerações precedentes, ou seja, o sentido transparece como processo e produto da atividade de cada adolescente no mundo, uma imagem dotada de pensamentos e sentimentos que sintetiza as relações entre o passado, o presente e o futuro de diferentes pessoas e que são o esteio das concepções sobre si mesmos.

There is not only a historical process of family constitution in the context of contemporary capitalist society but also the formation of this concept, which expresses a continuous movement of transformation of social relations within the family institution and which is linked to a social totality. Considering that there is a social meaning of family, it is understood that historical-cultural psychology offers theoretical-conceptual tools, among them, the unity of cognitive and affective processes that are shaped in each and every subjective image of reality, to understand how the idea of family in each individual subject is produced. This research aimed to comprehend the meaning of family for adolescents assisted by the psychology service in a Basic Health Unit - in a small city located in the interior of the state of São Paulo, where the professional and researcher works. The research results revealed that the meaning of family is a texture that incorporates social and family relationships, school and work experiences and the legacy of previous generations, that is, the meaning appears as a process and product of the activity of each adolescent in the world, an image endowed with thoughts and feelings that synthesizes the relationships between the past, the present and the future of different people and that are the mainstay of the conceptions about themselves.
