This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of antinutritional factors of RSB (raw soybean) on hematology and growth performance of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The replacement was made the levels of 0.0, 15.0, 25.0 and 35.0% of the protein in soybean meal (SBM) by the crude soy protein. In this study, the effect of replacing SBM by RSB on haematological profile and growth performance of Nile tilapia were evaluated after 90 days of feeding. Urea activity was evaluated of RSB which indicated the presence of antinutritional factors. The hematological parameters (erythrogram and white blood cell) were evaluated. The parameters of growth performance were also evaluated. RSB affected the weight gain, feed intake and protein retention. Additionally, an increase of neuthrophils count and a decrease of albumin concentration were observed. RSB inclusion in the Nile tilapia diet changed the white blood cell number and negatively affected growth development. However, no effect on erythrogram was observed in this study. We can conclude that although the antinutritional factors present in RSB interfered the growth performance, it is recommended to use the replacement level of RSB below 35%, as it does not affect fish health.en
