Práticas discursivas, gêneros e sexualidades na atuação profissional de psicólogas e psicólogos

Resumo
O debate público sobre gêneros e sexualidades, bem como a busca por saúde mental de pessoas LGBTQIA+, implica as Psicologias em produzir teorias e técnicas de atuação profissional compromissadas com a multiplicidade dos modos de viver. Nesse ensejo, as Epistemes Feministas, os Estudos Queer, a Filosofia da Diferença e os Estudos Culturais criam condições de problematizar as práticas discursivas das Psicologias e dilatar suas propostas de intervenção no mundo. Assumem-se as Psicologias e a atuação profissional de psicólogas e psicólogos como objeto de pesquisa, com o objetivo de conhecer as práticas discursivas sobre gêneros e sexualidades de psicólogas e psicólogos, a partir das narrativas de suas experiências profissionais. A investigação foi operacionalizada por um estudo quantitativo, realizado por meio de questionário on-line, com 106 psicólogas e psicólogos, os quais responderam sobre sua formação, demandas de gêneros e sexualidades, aspectos que facilitam ou dificultam a atuação profissional, entre outros. Desse grupo, entrevistaram-se 10 profissionais de diferentes áreas e abordagens teóricas das Psicologias, buscando, nas narrativas, intercambiar experiências, nessa dimensão do discurso vivo, para visibilizar as experiências narradas, a fim de adentrar nas histórias (ainda) não contadas sobre o trabalho desses profissionais e seus desdobramentos, suas redes nas vidas das pessoas e instituições. Isso possibilitou aprofundar as discussões sobre as práticas discursivas, considerando que, antes de representar o mundo, os discursos são uma forma de nele intervir. Nesse percurso, evidenciou-se a negligência de muitas instituições formadoras, as quais não incluem a discussão de gêneros e sexualidades na formação em Psicologia, a dificuldade do uso de bases teórico-metodológicas para orientar a prática profissional, as demandas direcionadas para as Psicologias, em seus múltiplos espaços de intervenção, e, com base nelas, a reprodução da lógica do dispositivo da sexualidade nas práticas discursivas. Assim, as implicações da parresía técnica, política e ética, constituíram dimensões inseparáveis da atuação profissional, como perspectivas para o compromisso das Psicologias com a vida afirmativa das multiplicidades e diferenças. Concluiu-se sobre a necessidade de avanços nesse debate, dentro da formação e produção teórico-metodológica das Psicologias, a premência de implicação das instituições formadoras para auxiliar na produção de práticas discursivas e narrativas, de sorte a tensionar e agenciar perspectivas de intervenção que desconstruam os processos de colonização e controle sobre os corpos, desejos e prazeres.
The public debate about genders and sexualities, as well as the search for mental health of LGBTQIA + people, involves Psychologies in producing theories and techniques of professional performance committed to the multiplicity of ways of living. In this opportunity, the Feminist Epistemes, Queer Studies, Philosophy of Difference and Cultural Studies create conditions to problematize the discursive Psychologies practices and to expand their proposals for intervention in the world. We assume Psychologies and the professional performance of male and female psychologists as an object of research, with the objective of those psychologists knowing the discursive practices about genders and sexualities of, from the narratives of their professional experiences. The research was made operational by a quantitative study, carried out through an online questionnaire, with 106 male and female psychologists who answered about their education, gender and sexuality demands, aspects that facilitate or hinder professional performance, among others. From this group, we interviewed 10 professionals from different areas and theoretical approaches to Psychology. Therefore, seeking, in the narratives, to exchange experiences, in this dimension of the living discourse, to make the experiences narrated visible. We did that in order to enter the stories (not yet) told about the work of these professionals, their consequences and their networks in the lives of people and institutions. All that research made it possible to deepen the discussions on discursive practices, considering that before representing the world, speeches are a way of intervening in it. Along this path, we have evidenced the neglect of many educational institutions, which do not include the discussion of genders and sexualities in Psychology training. Also, the difficulty of using theoretical and methodological bases to guide professional practice, the demands directed towards Psychologies, in their multiple intervention spaces, and from them, the reproduction of the logic of the sexuality device in discursive practices. And so, the implications of technical, political, and ethical parresía as inseparable dimensions of professional performance, as perspectives for the commitment of Psychologies to the affirmative life of multiplicities and differences. In the end, we concluded the need for advances in this debate, within the formation and theoretical methodological production of Psychologies, the need for implication of the training institutions to assist in the discursive production and narrative practices, to tension and manage perspectives of intervention that deconstruct the colonization processes and control over bodies, desires and pleasures.
