Resumo
O presente estudo discute a temática da hospitalidade, tal como se apresenta em suas relações de bem-receber e também em sua vertente contraditória e representativa. Tem por finalidade analisar a produção de um espaço propício à expressão da hospitalidade em Fazendas Históricas Paulistas inseridas em espaços rurais, que se apropriam de símbolos presentes no ambiente doméstico rural para trabalhar o turismo rural, ressignificando a produção e as relações sociais. Para a realização de tal análise foi utilizado o método lefebvriano, que previu três momentos de investigação: o descritivo, o analítico-regressivo e o histórico-genético. Como resultado o presente estudo descreveu empreendimentos inseridos em um contexto de globalização, padronizado e comercial, constituintes de uma associação que impõe vários requisitos em termos de comportamento e gestão e, ao mesmo tempo, ainda se apresentam resilientes em termos da manutenção do tradicional, do rústico, da história, da essência e das reminiscências do passado. Foi possível constatar que, em se tratando das fazendas analisadas, destaca-se a importância da noção simbólica da hospitalidade, da história e sua estrutura, suas trocas sociais, o equilíbrio entre o paradoxo do doméstico versus comercial, da interpretação de valores e apropriações que ressignificam a dinâmica operacional e mercadológica dessas fazendas, onde o turismo se apresenta enquanto veículo que proporciona essas vivências culturais de solidariedade e de afetividade
The present study discusses about hospitality, as presented in their relations of wellcome and the contradictory way and their representative. The purpose is to analyze the production of a space and your production that leeds to the expression of hospitality in Historical Farms in São Paulo, inserted in rural areas, which appropriate symbols present in the home atmosphere, to work as rural tourism, giving a new meaning to the production and social relations. To perform this analysis the Lefebvrian method was used, which predicted three moments of research: descriptive, analytic-regressive and the historical-genetic. As a result, the study described projects inserted in a context of globalization, standardized and commercial components of an association which imposes various requirements in terms of behavior and management and, at the same time, still keeps resilient in terms of maintaining the traditional, rustic, history, essence and reminiscences of the past. It was found that, in the case of the farms analyzed, there is the symbolic importance of the notion of hospitality, history and its structure, its social exchanges, the balance between the paradox between domestic and comercial trade, the interpretation of values and appropriations that give another significate to the dynamic operational and marketing of these farms, where tourism is presented as a vehicle that delivers these cultural experiences of solidarity and affection
