Resumo
Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a manutenção e o desenvolvimento da política de organização de base do Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de Campinas e Região no período de 1984 a 1991. Este período vai desde a vitória da oposição sindical até o primeiro movimento grevista generalizado na categoria após forte recuo motivado pelas demissões da campanha salarial de 1985. Período ainda marcado pela repressão e perseguição nas fábricas da Região, além da intransigência dos empresários com relação à organização de base, os metalúrgicos de Campinas e Região adotaram a forma clandestina como órgão no “chão da fábrica” por entenderem que essa lhes traria maior liberdade de organização. Os grupos de fábrica clandestinos eram responsáveis pelas denúncias de más condições de trabalho, baixos salários, chefias truculentas, etc. além da organização de trabalhadores que se identificavam com a luta político-sindical. Tais ações subsidiavam o Sindicato nas suas ações que por sua vez subsidiavam os grupos com informações econômicas e políticas relacionadas às empresas da Região. Diante disso, também tentamos analisar qual foi a postura adotada pelos grupos diante das novas técnicas de gerenciamento da produção que vinham sendo adotadas por algumas empresas da Região
This work has as objective analyzes the maintenance and the development of the politics of organization of base of the Union of the Metallurgists of Campinas and Area in the period from 1984 to 1991. This period is going from the victory of the syndical opposition to the first movement widespread striker in the category after fort retreat motivated by the dismissals of the salary campaign of 1985. Period still marked by the repression and persecution in the factories of the Area, besides the entrepreneurs' intransigence with relationship to the base organization, the metallurgists of Campinas and Area adopted the secret form as organ in the ground of the factory for they understand that it would bring them larger organization freedom. The secret factory groups were responsible for the accusations of bad work conditions, low wages, harsh leaderships, etc. besides the workers' organization that you/they identified with the political-syndical fight. Such actions subsidized the Union in your actions that subsidized the groups with economical and political information related to the companies of the Area for your time. Before that, we also tried to analyze which was the posture adopted by the groups before the new techniques of administration of the production that came being adopted by some companies of the Area
