Abstract
The dilemma described in the title is aimed at both adults and youth (university and high school students) in the context of social and health fields. It proposes a situation in which an employee is faced with a dilemma in which they must choose whether to keep a secret or to tell what they know. The values of loyalty and honesty are at stake.
