Rede neural ARTMAP-FUZZY aplicada a detecção de falhas estruturais em engrenagens

Abstract

Estudou-se o desenvolvimento de um sistema inteligente utilizando redes neurais artificiais, para o monitoramento de falhas estruturais. Simulou-se em uma bancada experimental o comportamento de um motor com engrenagens em estado normal ou com algum estresse para exemplificar falhas no decorrer do experimento. E para a análise, identificação e caracterização dos dados, foi utilizado uma rede neural do tipo ARTMAP-Fuzzy. A principal aplicação deste sistema é inspecionar a estrutura da bancada objetivando sua melhor conservação e gerando informações para análise de futuras falhas. Os resultados obtidos na aplicação da rede neural ao problema especificado mostraram-se ser significativos.

The development of an intelligent system using artificial neural networks was studied to monitor structural failures. The behavior of a motor with gears in normal state or with some stress was simulated in an experimental bench to exemplify failures during the experiment. And for the analysis, identification and characterization of the data, an ARTMAP-Fuzzy neural network was used. The main application of this system is to inspect the structure of the bench aiming at its better conservation and generating information for the analysis of future failures. The results obtained in the application of the neural network to the specified problem proved to be significant.
