Com o aquecimento do mercado imobiliário no Brasil, começou-se uma busca por novas alternativas de construções, que fossem mais rápidas, eficientes e econômicas. Com isso, o sistema de alvenaria estrutural ganhou força no final da década de 90 e se mantém em crescimento até nos dias de hoje. Esse avanço fez surgir uma preocupação com a qualidade dos produtos entregues, sendo assim, várias pesquisas e normas foram criadas para suprir tal necessidade e garantir que esse novo sistema construtivo fosse feito com mais segurança e qualidade. O presente trabalho envolverá uma pesquisa teórica em acervos literários e normativos e o acompanhamento diário da obra de um edifício residencial de 14 pavimentos. Será realizada uma comparação entre a literatura e a prática, observando processos como armazenamento e recebimento de materiais, além de verificar se as etapas de marcação e elevação da estrutura estão dentro dos limites estabelecidos por norma. Verificou-se também se as ferramentas utilizadas são eficientes para o tipo de construção, além de identificar possíveis problemas e propor soluções e melhorias para tal. Destacou-se, ainda, algumas tarefas realizadas na obra que otimizam o processo do controle de qualidade.
Abstract (english)
With the heating up of the real estate market in Brazil, a search beganfor newconstruction alternatives that were faster, more efficient and economical. Asaresult,the structural masonry system gained strength at the end of the 90s andcontinuestogrow to this day. This advance gave rise to a concern with the quality of theproductsdelivered, therefore, several researches and standards were created tomeet thisneed and ensure that this new construction system was carried out withgreatersafety and quality. This work will involve theoretical research into literaryandnormative collections and daily monitoring of the work of a 14-story residential building. A comparison will be made between literature and practice, observingprocesses such as storage and receipt of materials, in addition to verifyingwhetherthe stages of marking and lifting the structure are within the limits establishedbystandard. It was also verified whether the tools used were efficient for thetypeofconstruction, in addition to identifying possible problems and proposing solutionsandimprovements to them. Also highlighted were some tasks carried out onsitethatoptimize the quality control process
