Abstract (portuguese)
O presente estágio trata-se de um minicurso composto por atividades de laboratório, que abordam o uso do microscópio, uma ferramenta que permitiu grandes avanços em estudos científicos. Tendo em vista sua importância, pode ser um instrumento didático com grande potencial para o ensino de ciências. Este minicurso foi elaborado na busca de sanar as necessidades da escola onde o estágio foi executado, logo, foi planejado para complementar os conhecimentos do currículo do ensino público, das disciplinas de Ciências e Biologia, com aulas práticas. Para isso, os alunos fizeram diversas observações no microscópio de lâminas permanentes e material coletado fresco. Os resultados foram considerados positivos pelo nível de interação que os alunos demonstraram, entretanto, algumas dificuldades foram encontradas na execução das atividades. Observou-se a necessidade dos estudantes da escola terem alguns conceitos básicos fundamentais melhor consolidados e de desenvolver mais atividades práticas. Entretanto, estudantes e aluna estagiária puderam absorver conhecimento e experiência.
Abstract (english)
This internship is a mini-course composed of laboratory activities, which address the use of the microscope, a tool that has allowed great advances in scientific studies. Given its importance, it can be a didactic tool with great potential for teaching science. This mini-course was designed in order to meet the needs of the school where the internship was carried out, therefore, it was planned to complement the knowledge of the public education curriculum, the disciplines of Science and Biology, with practical classes. For this, the students made observations under the microscope of permanent blades and freshly collected material. The results were considered positive due to the level of interaction that the students showed, however, some difficulties were encountered in carrying out the activities. There was a need for school students to have some fundamental basic concepts better consolidated and to develop more practical activities. However, students and trainee students were able to absorb knowledge and experience.
