Estudo da permacultura e da sustentabilidade na engenharia civil

Os problemas ambientais originados pela ação antrópica são diversos, e atualmente surgem muitos estudos inovadores de técnicas e materiais com o intuito de diminuir estes impactos e de aproveitar o máximo que a natureza provém. A indústria da engenharia civil é uma das maiores geradoras de resíduos e tem um grande impacto negativo no meio-ambiente. Baseado nestes fatos, este trabalho focou-se em abordar o tema da permacultura, que vem sendo cada vez mais visto como uma cultura permanente capaz de solucionar os problemas que virão com a escassez das energias não renováveis e como forma de descentralizar a produção agrícola e fornecer de maneira justa os alimentos; em abordar o tema da sustentabilidade em comunidades e cidades; em abordar o tema da sustentabilidade focada na engenharia civil e suas técnicas e materiais que vêm surgindo e seu modo de utilização; e por fim em modelizar, estudar e analisar a viabilidade econômica nos dias atuais destas técnicas, tanto no âmbito ambiental como no âmbito econômico e social

Abstract (portuguese)

The environmental problems caused by the anthropic action are diverse, and there are many studies about new techniques and materials in order to reduce these impacts and to profit with all of the nature has to provide. The civil engineering industry is the industry that generate the largest amount of residue and the one that has a major negative impact on the environment. Based on these facts, this work focused on the permaculture theme, which is increasingly seen as a permanent culture capable of solving the problems that will come with the scarcity of nonrenewable energies and as a way of decentralizing agricultural production and provide food fairly; in addressing the issue of sustainability in communities and cities; in addressing the theme of sustainability focused on civil engineering and its emerging techniques and materials and its mode of use; and finally to model, study and analyze the economic viability in the present days of these techniques, in the environmental as well as in the economic and social sphere
