| dc.description.abstract | Lens-free holographic microscopy (LHM) is a compact and cost-effective imaging technique with growing applications in biomedical analysis. This work presents the development and characterization of two key components for a multispectral LHM system: a compact, current-controlled RGB light source and a graphical control interface developed in Python. The light module delivers precise and efficient current regulation, with low ripple and thermal stability, while the software interface enables automated multiframe acquisition and time-lapse imaging requiring reduced user intervention. Together, these modules contribute to making LHM setups more accessible and reproducible. | |
