dc.description.abstract | The need to diminish environmental impact caused by energy generation and consumption has led researches concerning renewable resources such as biogas. A discussion covers a small wastewater treatment system with biogas production, which was developed in a university campus; evaluating the content of hydrogen to be produced through steam reforming; content of filtered and dried biogas produced in this wastewater treatment system; and traces of ethylene and acetylene encountered.
