| dc.description.abstract | We report the identification of 2025 FP4, a new co-orbital asteroid of Earth currently in a retrograde satellite orbit. It is expected to remain in this configuration for ∼500 yr and as a co-orbital for 6000 ± 1000 yr. Despite the potential for close planetary encounters, its small size suggests it poses minimal threat. | |
