| dc.description.abstract | A friendly synthetic rout for a new crown-ether was developed in this short communication. The method in question was able to produce the desirable product in high yields (up to 80%), even after some purification steps. The crown-ether, named DB18C4 (Dibenzo-18-crown-4) was fully characterized by different spectroscopic and spectrometric methods. Also, the molecule structured was confirmed via SCXRD, showing Pnma Space Group, same as other similar crown-ethers. | en |
