Fissuras em edificações: causas e tratamentos

Abstract

Patologia na construção civil é o ramo que estuda as falhas ocorridas no processo de construção ou no pós-obra. As patologias são expressas por meio das manifestações patológicas. Diversos estudos apontam que uma das manifestações patológicas mais comuns nos edifícios são as fissuras. O objetivo desse trabalho é descrever quais são as causas das fissuras, as suas formas de manifestação, e apresentar quais são os métodos de prevenção e tratamentos. As causas da ocorrência de uma fissura são diversas e, nesse trabalho, são aprofundadas quais os principais motivos que geram o aparecimento delas. As fissuras podem ser classificadas de acordo com: sua forma de manifestação; quanto à sua atividade; e, quanto a variação da abertura. Apesar de ser uma das manifestações mais presentes, as fissuras podem ser evitadas, por isso, conhecer as medidas preventivas é essencial. Por outro lado, as fissuras podem ser inevitáveis, logo, são diversas as formas de tratamento. Como resultado, encontrou-se uma listagem de causas relacionadas às suas formas de expressão e com o tipo de tratamento a ser realizado. A pesquisa indicou que, tendo conhecimento de todos esses aspectos, é possível realizar o tratamento adequado, e ainda gerar novos estudos de como estas podem ser evitadas para evitar disfunções e os transtornos gerado no pós-obra.

Pathology in construction is the branch that studies the failures that occurred in the construction process or post-work period. Pathologies are expressed through pathological manifestations. Several studies indicate that one of the most common pathological manifestations in buildings is fissures. The objective of this work is to describe the causes of fissures, their manifestations, and to present the prevention and treatment methods. The causes of the occurrence of a fissure are diverse and, in this work, the main reasons that generate their appearance are deepened. Cracks can be classified according to: their form of manifestation; as to your activity; and, as the variation of the opening. Despite being one of the most common manifestations, cracks can be avoided, so knowing preventive measures is essential. On the other hand, fissures can be unavoidable, so there are several forms of treatment. As a result, we found a list of causes related to their forms of expression and the type of treatment to be performed. The research indicated that, having knowledge of all these aspects, it is possible to carry out the appropriate treatment, and still generate new studies on how these can be avoided in order to avoid dysfunctions and the inconvenience generated in the post-work period.
