Abstract
This paper presents formation process experienced in the degree in Pedagogy of UNESP/IBILCE/São José do Rio Preto and returned to the enhancement of digital culture and collective work in schools, through the production of short films in the teaching of history and geography and the reflection of this experience in the field of educational management, considering, therefore, the opportunity created by the experience of supervised traineeship and discussions held around the theme educational management and technologies.
