Análise bibliométrica das tecnologias internet of things (loT) e big data aplicadas à logística

Abstract

O advento da quarta revolução industrial, ou da Indústria 4.0, foi possibilitado a partir da introdução de sistemas ciberfísicos, os quais integram o mundo digital e o mundo físico em tempo real. Esses adventos pressionam cada vez mais as empresas a se transformarem digitalmente, uma vez que isso as torna mais competitivas, pois embora haja um grande investimento inicial, o custo-benefício previsto é maior. Algumas das tecnologias que podem ser aplicadas na Logística com a finalidade de se atingir a transformação digital nesse setor são a Internet das Coisas (Internet of Things - IoT), referente à interconexão digital de dispositivos, e o Big Data Analytics, análise de uma grande quantidade de dados estruturados e não-estruturados. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo foi verificar o estado da arte com relação aos artigos sobre IoT e Big Data na Logística publicados entre 2014 e 2020, por meio da Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, identificando aplicações práticas e seus impactos. Além disso, com o uso da bibliometria, foi elaborada uma análise bibliométrica, composta de redes de cocitações, coocorrências e coautoria, além de mapa de evolução de palavras, entre outros.Com isso, averiguou-se a relevância dessas técnicas quando aplicadas à Logística, além de um crescente interesse de pesquisadores quanto ao tema explorado. Sendo assim, o trabalho auxilia na identificação e orientação para futuras pesquisas, ao apresentar conceitos, autores e países que mais publicam, além das principais palavras-chave utilizadas em estudos associados à IoT e big data na Logística

The advent of the fourth industrial revolution, or Industry 4.0, was enableddue tothe introduction of cyberphysical systems, which integrate the digital world and the physical world in real time. These advents put more and more pressure on companies to transform themselves digitally, as this makes them more competitive, because although there is a large initial investment, the expected cost-benefit is higher. Some of the technologies that can be applied in Logistics in order to achieve digital transformation in this sector are the Internet of Things (IoT), concerning the digital interconnection of devices, and Big Data Analytics, analysis of a large amount of structured and unstructured data. Thus, the objective of this study was to verify the state of the art with respect to articles on IoT and Big Data in Logistics published between 2014 and 2020, through the Systematic Literature Review, identifying practical applications and their impacts. Furthermore, with the use of bibliometrics, a bibliometric analysis was prepared, composed of co-citation, co-occurrence and co-authorship networks, as well as evolution map of words, among others. Thus, the relevance of these techniques when applied to Logistics was verified, as well as the growing interest of researchers in the theme explored. Therefore, the study contributesto the identification and guidance for future research, by presenting concepts, authors and countries that publish the most, besides the main keywords used in studies associated with IoT and big data in Logistics
