dc.description.abstractThe first coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) was performed in 1964. Since then, the procedure has undergone constant technological advances, surgical techniques, and revision of several concepts related to atherosclerosis. CABG is currently one of the most frequent surgical procedures worldwide.
