Resumo

This work discusses the mathematical knowledge built by Elementary School students from the production of digital games. This initiative was carried out within the scope of the Mattics project in a public school in the region of Goiânia (GO), guided by constructivist ideas and qualitative research. The obtained results indicate the knowledge built from the mobilization of ideas-mathematical concepts throughout the production of games with the use of programming language, highlighting the importance of an active and contextual ‘hand in the mass’ learning.
