Resumo
Muitos movimentos populacionais surgem na atualidade e em face dessa dinâmica migratória, sobretudo de países pertencentes à América Latina e América Central, é importante delinear o perfil desses imigrantes com o objetivo de aprimorar as legislações já existentes e as dinâmicas de integração destes com a sociedade. Destaca-se aqui o Brasil que se tornou um país receptor e que por isso deve voltar sua atenção à questão. Nesse contexto é importante aprofundar as especificidades dos diferentes fluxos, a composição e a heterogeneidade da população envolvida no fenômeno. O objetivo desse trabalho é apresentar o perfil migratório da circunscrição de Marília/SP a partir da vigência da Lei de Migração 13.445/2017. O método utilizado especialmente no debate teórico foi o de análise bibliográfica. O trabalho no geral trata-se de uma pesquisa documental e exploratória que foi realizada através da coleta de dados da base de registros da Polícia Federal, órgão competente que atua no controle migratório no Brasil atualmente. Os resultados obtidos sugerem e possibilitam a continuidade da análise dos dados e do perfil da região, e contribuem com os governos locais, uma vez que estes devem conhecer esses fluxos a fim de gerenciá-los da melhor forma, em vista de ser um modelo de políticas migratórias que respeitam os Direitos Humanos.
Many population movements arise today and in the face of this migratory dynamics, especially from countries belonging to Latin America and Central America, it is important to outline the profile of these immigrants in order to improve existing legislations and dynamics of their integration with society. Brazil stands out here, since it has become a receiving country and, therefore, must turn its attention to the issue. In this context, it is important to deepen the specificities of the different flows, the composition and heterogeneity of the population involved in the phenomenon. The objective of this work is to present the migratory profile of the circumscription of Marília/SP from the validity of the Migration Law 13.445/2017. The method used especially in the theoretical debate was the bibliographic analysis. The work in general is a documentary and exploratory research that was carried out through the collection of data from the database of the Federal Police, the competent instituition that operates in migration control in Brazil today. The results obtained suggest and make possible the continuity of the analysis of the data and the region`s profile, and contribute with the local governments, since they must get to know these flows in order to manage them in the best way to be a model of migration policies that respect human rights.
