Desse
científica, nacional e internacional, neste assunto relevante, no entanto ainda não
elucidado.
Canine osteosarcoma is a highly aggressive primary neoplasm, and with a poor prognosis for affected patients. Although this disease is common in dogs, the biological behavior It’s poorly known. Angiogenesis and metastasis go hand in hand in the development of bone tumors, since these factors allow the sequence of three main physiological resources: cell mobility, proliferation and protein degradation. In this way, the aim of this research was to identify through metaanalysis on molecular biomarkers, aiming to identify and elucidate the biobehavior of this malignant neoplasm. And thus contribute to scientific research, national and international, in this relevant subject, however not yet elucidated.
