Resumo
Os fatores facilitadores e restritivos para qualquer segmento de empresa visam a identificação de pontos que causam entraves no sequenciamento operacional, e pontos que facilitam o desenvolvimento das atividades. Durante a ideação da temática dessa dissertação, pode-se perceber uma carência de estudos que demonstram quali-quantitativamente os aspectos do carregamento e escoamento da safra de qualquer segmento, logo foi executado um levantamento do BPM da empresa em questão e feito através do auxílio de sua notação gráfica, aplicado diretamente ao ramo de celulose, porém para qualquer empresa que possui carregamento com o mesmo tipo de caminhão, fica evidente que pode-se aplicar, também, a partir do momento que se destina esse sequenciamento, foram realizados o levantamento dos tempos das etapas fragmentadas, parte por parte. Na segunda etapa, foi medido o tempo da saída do caminhão, já com o mapa das sequencias operacionais até a chegada no porto; e por fim, na terceira, foi comparado os tempos dentro da fábrica e da saída da fábrica para verificar e comparar qual o mais demorado e assim apontar os fatores que restringem e facilitam toda operação.
The facilitating and restrictive factors for any company segment aim to identify points that cause obstacles in the operational sequencing, and points that facilitate the development of activities. During the ideation of the theme of this dissertation, it can be noticed a lack of studies that demonstrate qualitatively-quantitatively the aspects of the loading and flow of the harvest of any segment, so a survey of the BPM of the company in question was carried out and made through the aid of its graphic notation, applied directly to the pulp sector, but for any company that has loading with the same type of truck, it is evident that it can also be applied, from the moment this sequencing is intended, a survey of the times of the fragmented stages, part by part. In the second stage, the time of departure of the truck was measured, with the map of the operational sequences until arrival at the port; and finally, in the third, the times inside the factory and when leaving the factory were compared to verify and compare which is the longest and thus point out the factors that restrict and facilitate the entire operation.
