dc.description.abstractO trabalho teve por objetivo analisar todo o lapso temporal exercido durante a pandemia, referente às publicações internas e externas apresentadas, sobre o assunto apreensão de aves, sejam elas em criadouros ilegais, ou transporte ilegal com apreensões efetuadas pelos Órgãos Públicos, sejam eles Federais Estaduais ou Municipais, claro que foi dado maior ênfase aos dados Estaduais por ser uma atividade final do estudo. Os dados foram acompanhados desde a apreensão até a sua destinação seja na área de soltura livre, ou seja, em Centros de Triagem para posterior soltura e reintrodução a natureza, ambos todos cadastrados e relacionados em planilhas Oficiais de Órgãos do Meio Ambiente. O modelo de formatação a ser utilizado para os dados apresentados são da forma estatística mensal e anual com tabelas e gráficos de soltura de aves na Região Sudeste do Estado de São Paulo. Foram utilizados dados para o acompanhamento de planilhas as quais foram geradas desde o ínicio da PANDEMIA até a atual fase de pós-pandemia. Tendo valores estatísticos médios que apresentaram que entre o início da PANDEMIA e sua metade as apreensões ficam controladas, porém de sua metade até as dadas atuais o crescente mostra uma nova forma de adequação para o comércio e trafico de aves, apresentando assim que os infratores descobriram novas maneiras de burlar e efetivar o comércio e o tráfico de aves, vindo assim a terem novas fontes de lucro e beneficiamento financeiro sobre as aves. dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work was to analyze the entire time lapse exercised during the pandemic, referring to the internal and external publications presented, on the subject of apprehension of birds, whether in illegal breeding, or illegal transport with seizures made by Public Organs, whether Federal, State or Municipal, of curse, greater emphasis was given to State data as they are the final data activity of the study on screen. The data were monitored from the seizure intil their destination, either in the free release area or in Screening Centers for later release and reintroduction to nature, both registered and listed in Official Spreadsheets of Environmental Organizations. The formatting model to be used for the data presented is from the monthly and annual statistical form with tables and graphs of bird release in the Southeast Region of State of São Paulo. Data were used to monitor spreadsheets ehich were generated from the beginning of the PANDEMIA to the current post PANDEMIA phase. Having average statistical values that showed that between the beginning of the PANDEMIA and its half the seizures were controlled, but from its half to the current data the growing shows a new form of adequacy for the trade and trafficking of birds, thus having new sources of profit and financial benefit over birds.
