dc.description.abstractO tema central da pesquisa é a participação coletiva no processo de construção de uma Proposta pedagógica e curricular municipal. O objetivo é compreender os limites e as possibilidades da participação no processo de construção coletiva da Proposta Pedagógica e do Currículo Integrado para a Rede Municipal de Ensino de Rio Claro/SP, na gestão 2017-2020, avaliando se e como a participação coletiva aconteceu. Tomando a participação, a democracia enquanto postura, a tese tratará dos atos responsáveis e responsivos assumidos pelos Conselheiros do COMERC (Conselho Municipal da Educação de Rio Claro), pelos trabalhadores da Secretaria Municipal da Educação (SME) e as possibilidades que se criaram para sua participação e a participação de todos os trabalhadores da Rede. Seguindo a perspectiva metodológica da pesquisa narrativa, são trazidas para a compreensão dos acontecimentos trechos de algumas atas públicas das reuniões do Conselho Municipal da Educação, registros em caderno de campo da pesquisadora enquanto membro do COMERC, as memórias de cinco profissionais da Rede municipal de Rio Claro, os textos de Propostas Pedagógicas e Curriculares já publicados pela Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Rio Claro (1998, 2008 e 2016), e os textos produzidos pela Secretaria da Educação de Rio Claro no período pesquisado (2017-2020); também contribuíram para a compreensão deste processo algumas produções acadêmicas que tratam da construção coletiva das Propostas pedagógicas e curriculares de outras Redes municipais de ensino. Apresentamos como conclusões a necessidade de fuga dos limites da participação que se pratica (representativa, institucional), para a ampliação da responsabilidade de todos os envolvidos no processo de construção da Proposta Pedagógica e Curricular do município, visando ressignificar a participação enquanto postura – ato ético, responsável – diante da vida, por meio de processos formativos (condição necessária para a participação coletiva).pt
dc.description.abstractThe central theme of the research is collective participation in the process of building a municipal pedagogical and curriculum proposal. The objective is to understand the limits and possibilities of participation in the collective construction process of the Pedagogical Proposal and the Integrated Curriculum for the Municipal Education Network of Rio Claro/SP, in the 2017- 2020 administration, evaluating if and how collective participation happened. Taking participation, democracy as a posture, the thesis will deal with the responsible and responsive acts undertaken by the Councilors of COMERC (Municipal Council of Education of Rio Claro), by the workers of the Municipal Secretariat of Education (SME) and the possibilities that were created for their participation and participation of all workers in the Network. Following the methodological perspective of narrative research, excerpts from some public minutes of the meetings of the Municipal Council of Education, records in a field notebook of the researcher as a member of COMERC, the memories of five professionals from the municipal network of Rio are brought to the understanding of the events. Claro, the texts of Pedagogical and Curriculum Proposals already published by the Municipal Secretary of Education of Rio Claro (1998, 2008 and 2016), and the texts produced by the Secretary of Education of Rio Claro in the researched period (2017-2020); Some academic productions that deal with the collective construction of the pedagogical and curricular proposals of other municipal education networks also contributed to the understanding of this process. We present as conclusions the need to escape the limits of participation that is practiced (representative, institutional), to expand the responsibility of everyone involved in the process of building the Pedagogical and Curriculum Proposal of the municipality, aiming to reframe participation as a posture - ethical act , responsible – in the face of life, through training processes (a necessary condition for collective participation).en
