A inserção do professor iniciante e a coordenação pedagógica

Abstract

Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve como objetivo principal discutir as funções do coordenador pedagógico e sua relação no acompanhamento da categoria de professores iniciantes (PI), caracterizando esta categoria e problematizando os desafios que enfrentam no momento de iniciação, ainda, discutiu-se as atribuições destinadas ao coordenador pedagógico (CP), as dificuldades que este enfrenta e como elas afetam em seu trabalho com o professor iniciante. Para a elaboração do trabalho realizou uma análise de sete pesquisas, sendo duas teses e cinco dissertações, que tinham como temática o apoio fornecido pelo CP ao PI, as pesquisas contribuíram para reforçar e justificar a necessidade de um acompanhamento especializado ao professor iniciante, sendo fundamental considerar as especificidades desta fase da carreira.

This Course Completion Work had as its main objective to discuss the functions of the pedagogical coordinator and its relationship in monitoring of the category of beginning teachers, characterizing this category and problematizing the challenges they face at the time of initiation, yet, the responsibilities assigned to the pedagogical coordinator were discussed, he difficulties this faces and how they affect your work with the beginning teacher. To prepare the work, an analysis of seven studies was carried out, two doctoral theses and five master's theses, which had as their theme the support provided by the pedagogical coordinator to the beginning teacher, research contributed to reinforcing and justifying the need for a specialized support for beginning teachers, it is essential to consider the specificities of this stage of yourcareer.
