Eve-Line: processo artístico-jurídico de criação de uma personagem

O objeto de estudo deste trabalho é demonstrar a proteção intelectual ao artista e à sua obra através da apresentação das normas de direito de autor, relacionando o tema à problemática da não incidência deste conteúdo em cursos que envolvam criação nas instituições de ensino superior. O intuito á aparelhar o artista de forma que, dominando os assuntos pertinentes ao direito de autor ele atue de forma preventiva e consciente na sua relação com o mercado cultural. Para isso foi criada uma personagem, Eve-Line, que possui dupla personalidade: é artista e advogada. Os dialógos entre as duas faces da personagem utilizam uma linguagem direta, destacando os pontos essenciais do direito de autor e criando uma comunicação diferenciada com o artista, auxiliando no acesso ao conteúdo jurídico. A materialização de todo o tema proposto e desenvolvido será apresentado na forma de Trabalho Equivalente, que ganha vida na gravação de um diálogo da personagem, através do qual discute-se pontos importantes do direito de autor. O fundamento é demonstrar a importância do domínio do conhecimento dos direitos e obrigações por parte do artista criador, propiciando uma visão prática das normas jurídicas que regulamentam a produção intelectual.

Abstract (english)

The object of the present study is to demonstrate the intellectual propertyt protection to the artist and his work by presenting the rules of copyright, the issue relating to the problem of non-incidence of it in courses involving the creation of higher education institutions. The aim is to equip the artist so dominating the issues relevant to copyright it to act in a preventive and awareness in relation to the problem of non-incidence of it in courses involving the creation of higher e3ducation institutions. To this was created a character, Eve-Line, wich has a split personality an artist and lawyer. The dialogues between the two sides of the character using straightforward language, highlighting the key points of copyright and creating a differentiated communication with artist, assisting in access to legal content. The materialization of the whole issue, aned developed will be presented in the form of equivalent work, which we discuss important issues of copyright. The reationale is to demonstrate the importance of domain knowledge of the rights and obligations on the part of the creative artist, providing a practical overview of the legal rules governing intellectual production.
