Resumo
When we look back at the historical decedents of pornography we could probably ask: - could pornography be something beyond commercial sex? And we could also ask: - nowadays, could subjectivity be different from the normalized perversion? We intend to get some suggestions about this theme through the writings of Jacques Lacan, who analyzed Sade's sexual literature - The Philosophy in the Alcove - as opposed to Immanuel Kant's ethical rationalism of the 18th century. The first conclusion is - if something impossible could be taking place in our society that is supposed to be a different kind of relation between the law and subject.
