Relações entre a participação estudantil na gestão democrática e a aprendizagem escolar: um olhar a partir da Teoria Histórico-Cultural

Abstract

Esta pesquisa objetiva explorar as relações entre a participação estudantil na gestão democrática e a aprendizagem escolar. Neste sentido, tal exploração caracteriza a pesquisa como bibliográfica e teórica, bibliográfica porque responde à análise de produções cientificas na base de dados Scielo sobre a relação entre a participação do estudante e a aprendizagem escolar (objeto de estudo) e teórica porque representa as articulações realizadas entre os elementos conceituais constitutivos desta relação, a saber, gestão democrática, ensino, aprendizagem, participação estudantil e atividades de estudo, tendo como mediação a psicologia histórico-cultural e o método materialista histórico dialético. Entretanto, o objeto de estudo não é fruto direto da pesquisa aqui materializada, mas produto da experiência empírica obtida com a pesquisa que originalmente foi desenvolvida, mas que precisou ser interrompida e reformulada em função da pandemia da COVID-19. Do ponto de vista metodológico, o movimento da pesquisa segundo a dialética entre o singular, o particular e o universal divide a dissertação em quatro capítulos. O segundo caracteriza-se pelas singularidades do objeto de estudo representado pela análise dos dados de pesquisas nacionais sobre a educação escolar e pela descrição da experiência empírica obtida a partir da pesquisa inicial. O terceiro capítulo representa a pesquisa bibliográfica, ou seja, a exploração das relações entre a participação estudantil na gestão democrática e a aprendizagem escolar em artigos científicos, por meio da qual foi possível extrair 23 artigos que mantém algum tipo de relação com o objeto de pesquisa e 96 artigos que não se enquadraram completamente nos critérios de inclusão representando a formação de categorias temáticas. Ambos os campos foram explorados de modo a nos esclarecer as tendências históricas, teóricas, e conceituais relativas ao objeto de pesquisa. O quarto representa as mediações particulares que singularizam o objeto de estudo, bem como as arbitrariedades conceituais encontradas na pesquisa bibliográfica e na experiência empírica, evidenciando o necessário posicionamento teórico sustentado pela psicologia histórico-cultural referente às temáticas que engendram o objeto a fim de permitir uma relação coesa entre seus elementos constitutivos. No quinto e último capítulo, as máximas possibilidades do objeto de estudo é apresentada, representando a tese de que a participação do estudante é constituidora da atividade de estudo. Enquanto síntese final os muitos anúncios, denúncias e questionamentos desenvolvidos ao longo da pesquisa são apresentados, cuja finalidade reside em constituir as bases de novos estudos a fim de que possam explorar os potenciais (assim como os limites) característicos do objeto aqui debatido, ou seja, a relação entre a participação estudantil na gestão democrática e a aprendizagem escolar.

This research aims to explore the relationship between student participation in democratic management and school learning. In this sense, such exploration characterizes the research as bibliographic and theoretical, bibliographic because it responds to the analysis of scientific productions in the Scielo database on the relationship between student participation and school learning (object of study) and theoretical because it represents the articulations made among the conceptual elements constituting this relationship, namely, democratic management, teaching, learning, student participation and study activities, mediated by historical-cultural psychology and the dialectical historical materialist method. However, the object of study is not a direct result of the research materialized here, but the product of the empirical experience obtained with the research that was originally developed, but which had to be interrupted and reformulated due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From a methodological point of view, the research movement according to the dialectic between the singular, the particular and the universal divides the dissertation into four chapters. The first is characterized by the singularities of the object of study represented by the analysis of national research data on school education and by the description of the empirical experience obtained from the initial research. The second chapter represents bibliographic research, that is, the exploration of the relationships between student participation in democratic management and school learning in scientific articles, through which it was possible to extract 23 articles that maintain some type of relationship with the research object. and 96 articles that did not fully fit the inclusion criteria representing the formation of thematic categories. Both fields were explored in order to clarify the historical, theoretical, and conceptual trends related to the object of research. The third represents the particular mediations that single out the object of study, as well as the conceptual arbitrariness found in the bibliographic research and in the empirical experience, evidencing the necessary theoretical position supported by the historical-cultural psychology regarding the themes that engender the object in order to allow a cohesive relationship between its constituent elements. In the fourth and last chapter, the maximum possibilities of the object of study are presented, representing the thesis that the student's participation is a constituent of the study activity. As a final synthesis, the many advertisements, complaints and questions developed throughout the research are presented, whose purpose lies in constituting the bases of new studies so that they can explore the potentials (as well as the limits) characteristic of the object discussed here, in other words, , the relationship between student participation in democratic management and school learning.
