Os impactos dos determinantes sociais para a saúde mental da mulher em situação de rua

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender como os determinantes sociais da saúde, evidenciados pelo sistema capitalista, afetam a saúde mental da mulher em situação de rua. Nele será abordado o que determina socialmente a saúde do indivíduo que sofre com os desdobramentos das diferenças de classes. A pesquisa reflete sobre a área da saúde dentro do fenômeno capitalista, voltado à pauperização que esse sistema provoca para a mulher que vive na rua e discorrerá sobre quais são os fatores capitalistas que provocam uma sociedade desigual e fragilizam a saúde mental da mulher que está inserida nessa realidade. Atendendo a necessidade de buscar uma compreensão profunda sobre a vulnerabilidade mental das mulheres que vivem na rua e quais são os motivos pioneiros que afetam sua saúde, a técnica utilizada será o levantamento bibliográfico, uma vez que as pesquisas já realizadas contribuirão para o processo de formulação do trabalho e responderão as questões levantadas nele.

The present study aims to understand how the social determinants of health evidenced by the capitalist system affect the mental health of homeless women. It will address what socially determines the health of the individual who suffers from the consequences of class differences. The research reflects on the health area within the capitalist phenomenon focused on the impoverishment that this system causes for the homeless women and will discuss what are the capitalist factors that cause an unequal society and weaken the mental health of the women who are inserted in that reality. Given the need to seek a deep understanding about the mental vulnerability of homeless women and what are the pioneering reasons that affect their health, the methodological approach used will be the bibliographical survey, since the research already carried out will contribute to the formulation process of the study and to answer the questions raised therein.
