THE CONTROL OF CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES FROM THE NORMATIVE STRENGTH OF THE CONSTITUTION

The object of the system of constitutionality control is the preservation of the supremacy of the constitution and, in addition, the evaluation of the correction of the constitutional mutations. Objective: study the normative force of the Constitution as an interpretive standard of the constitutionality of constitutional mutations. Methodology: through bibliographical research, using in writing the deductive method. Results: the necessity of the adequacy of the constitutional mutations to the Greatest Law, as well as that its verification must occur through the constitutionality control system. Contributions: this paper brings as contribution the debate on the necessity to maintain the normative force of the Constitution and the adaptability of the grand provisions to reality.
