Parâmetros curriculares nacionais do ensino de arte : um diálogo com docentes

Abstract

Esta pesquisa pretende acrescentar novos dados ao debate sobre as reformas educacionais dos anos 90, em particular, os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais - Arte. A dimensão histórica da pesquisa limita-se em apresentar os fatores que influenciaram na elaboração do documento e as mudanças no ensino da Arte no Brasil, neste período. Os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais de Arte, inseriram novos conceitos sobre o ensino de Artes nas escolas públicas. Todavia essas inovações levantaram inúmeras inquietações e questionamentos sobre a viabilidade da implementação dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais de Arte na prática do docente, tanto por parte dos especialistas como pelos próprios docentes. O eixo da pesquisa foi a verificação das possíveis mudanças que os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionas trouxeram para o ensino de Arte. Para coleta destas informações foram selecionadas três Diretorias de Ensino - D.E. É a partir da fala dos professores que pude analisar as ações da política educacional do Estado de São Paulo e a função das Diretorias de Ensino na formação continuada dos docentes. Foi possível também, identificar e categorizar os fatores que influenciaram de forma direta ou indireta a prática docente. A formação inicial e continuada são uma dessas categorias que podem determinar o bom desempenho do professor.

This research intends to add new data to the debate on the educacional reforms of years 90, in particular, the National Curricular Parameters Art. The historical dimension of the research is limited in presenting the factors that influencied in the elaboration of the document and the changes in the education in of Art Brazil, in this period. The National Curricular Parameters Art, inserted the new in the concepts on the education of Arts in the public schools. However these innovations raised a large variety of issues and questioning about the viability of the implemtation of National Curricular Parameters Art in the professor's practice, as though by the specialists as for the professor's themselvers. The axle of the research was the verification of the possible changes that the National Curricular Parameters brought for the education of Art. For collection of these information Directions of Education D.E. From the teacher's talking who I could analyze the actions of the educacional politic of the State of São Paulo and the fuctions of the Direction of Education in the continued formation of the professors. It was also possible to identify and to categorize the factors that influence in direct way the teacher's practice indirect form practices teacher's. The initial and coninued formation is one of these categories that can determine the good performace of the teachers.
