Resumo
This article is based on a research about the discursive functioning of journalistic coverage in news applications, among them the French Le Monde. It focuses on the effects of detachment, studying a corpus of international news about Brazil. With the theoretical-methodological support of the French Discourse Analysis (AD), it seeks to understand how media production modes demand attention to what we propose to call as a discursive syntax of detachment, which becomes constitutive of memory records of the contemporaneity. It is considered the inseparability of the procedures of the digital media and of the processes of solidification of discourses, since salient themes of contemporaneity, reiterated in a non-static way in the applications, are mixed with contemporaneity itself. This results in the need to reflect on communication in today’s society based on new concepts. As contribution, this work proposes the reflection about the discursive syntax of the detachment, linked to what is understood here as the constitution of contemporary discursive memory.
