Resumo
The article analyzes the implications of adopting intermittent work since the Labor Reform of 2017 and its consequences for the labor market. The CAGED data analysis in the years 2018 and 2019 reveals the quick spread of intermittent employment. Which occurred both in sectorial/occupational and municipal terms. Even though it has a small percentage of participation concerning the total hiring numbers in the period, it has an increasing use throughout the analyzed period and it means a relaxation of hiring forms with significant precariousness in the labor relations.
