O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso pretende investigar o grupo BRICS, reunindo dados a respeito, discutindo as prováveis influências deste grupo no contexto de ascensão de uma possível nova ordem mundial a partir da teoria do sistema-mundo. O estudo do debate sobre a hegemonia de países centrais – Estados Unidos, países europeus e Japão - será importante para conseguir se analisar a repercussão político-econômica dos fatos que se sucederam a partir da criação do grupo, sobretudo a partir de 2011 com a inclusão oficial da África do Sul, e de 2014, com a criação do Arranjo de Contingente de Reservas e o Novo Banco de Desenvolvimento, procurando expor análises que avaliam como o BRICS pode vir a alterar paradigmas inseridos no campo da Geopolítica. Também pretendemos investigar os movimentos históricos seguidos pelo Brasil para a consolidação do grupo, assim como aspectos relevantes sobre a China, grande parceiro econômico e importante ator dentro do contexto da reorganização de uma ordem pósocidental.
Abstract (english)
The present work of graduate conclusion intends to investigate BRIC’s group, joining related data, discussing the probable influences of this group in the context of the rise of a possible new world order from the world system theory. The study of the debate about the hegemony of central countries - United States, European countries and Japan - will be important to enable to analyze the political and economic repercussion of the events that happened after the creation of the group, especially from 2011 with the inclusion South Africa, and 2014, with the creation of the Reserve Contingent Arrangement and the New Development Bank, seeking to expose analyzes which evaluate how BRICS can change paradigms inserted in the field of Geopolitics. We also intend to investigate the historical movements followed by Brazil to the group consolidation, as well as relevant aspects about China, a great economic partner and an important actor within the context of the reorganization of a post-western order.
