Esta pesquisa reúne narrativas de viagens realizadas durante o período de 2002 a 2022. À luz da coletânea de textos sobre sonhos de Franz Kafka, de "O livro das maravilhas", de Marco Polo — assim como "As cidades invisíveis", de Ítalo Calvino —, entre outras referências, o caminho da presente investigação foi traçado através da literatura. Os contos redigidos foram separados em cinco subgrupos — ilhas, mapas, máquinas, turistas e comércio —, pistas da constituição de uma geografia espacial, social e simbólica percorrida durante as viagens. Por fim, é significativo frisar que parte importante da análise são os próprios textos, os trajetos, que se encontram em um limiar entre realidade e sonho.
Resumo (inglês)
This research brings together travel narratives written during the period from
2002 to 2022. From the collection of texts on dreams by Franz Kafka to The
book of wonders, by Marco Polo — as well as The cities invisible, by Ítalo
Calvino —, among other references, the present investigation’s path was traced
through literature. The stories are separated into five subgroups — islands, maps,
machines, tourists and commerce —, clues to the constitution of a spatial, social
and symbolic geography wandered during the trips. Finally, it is meaningful to
emphasize that an important part of the analysis are the texts themselves — the
routes, the ways —, which are on a threshold between reality and dream
