Entre tensões e proposições: a relação família e creche

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda a relação família e creche a partir da legislação e estudos teóricos. É uma dissertação apresentada ao Programa de Pós Graduação em Educação da Universidade Estadual Paulista, Faculdade de Ciência e Tecnologia, Campus de Presidente Prudente. O trabalho teve como objetivo compreender a relação entre família e creche, do ponto de vista legal e teórico, enquanto possibilidade para o desenvolvimento integral da criança de 0 a 3 anos. Para alcançar este objetivo e verificar algumas hipóteses que foram levantadas, utilizouse a abordagem qualitativa, realizando uma pesquisa bibliográfica no banco de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES utilizando os descritores: Família AND Creche AND “Educação Infantil”, com recorte temporal de 2009 a 2018. Além disso, foi realizada uma análise documental das legislações vigentes. Afim de complementar as discussões e análises também foram utilizados teóricos que discorrem sobre família e creche brasileiras. A partir dos resultados destas pesquisas e análises dos documentos, o trabalho foi dividido em três seções. Concluiu-se que conforme as legislações, a família tem responsabilidades em relação à criança e que o Estado deve apoiar a instituição familiar, dando a ela possibilidades para o cuidado com os pequenos. Entendeu-se que a creche deve complementar a ação da família, olhando a criança como um ser integral. Porém, percebeu-se a partir das dissertações, teses e demais teóricos da área, que a família enfrenta diversas crises e desafios e que existe uma idealização da família. Observou-se que há sentimentos inadequados que podem minar a relação família e creche, mas que atitudes e posicionamentos devem ser cultivados desde o período de inserimento da criança na instituição, para evitar conflitos, pois o bom relacionamento família e creche contribui para a educação formal e informal e consequentemente para o desenvolvimento da criança.

The current essay approaches the family and daycare institution relationship based on legislation and theoretical studies. It is a dissertation presented to the Post Graduate Program in Education of the Universidade Estadual Paulista, Faculty of Science and Technology, Campus of Presidente Prudente. The work aimed to understand the relationship between family and daycare institutions from a legal and theoretical point of view, as a possibility for the whole development of the children aged from 0 to 3 years old. In order to achieve this objective and verify some hypotheses that have been raised, the qualitative approach was used, conducting a bibliographic search in the CAPES Thesis and Dissertations database using the descriptors: Family AND Daycare institution AND “Child education”, with a time frame from 2009 to 2018. In addition, a documentary analysis of the current legislation was carried out. In order to complement the discussions and analyzes, theorists who discuss Brazilian family and day care were also used. Based on the results of this research and analysis of the documents, the work was divided into three sections. It was concluded that according to the legislation, the family has responsibilities in relation to the child and that the State must support the family institution, giving it possibilities for the care of the minors. It was understood that the nursery should complement the family's action, looking at the child as an whole and integral being. However, it was realized from the dissertations, thesis and other theorists in the area, that the family faces several crises and challenges and that there is an idealization of the family. It was observed that there are inadequate feelings that can undermine the relationship between family and daycare, but that attitudes and positions must be cultivated since the child's insertion in the institution, to avoid conflicts, as the good relationship between family and daycare contributes to formal and informal education and consequently for the child's development.
