O inconveniente da narrativa unilateral da história e a resultante submissão dos negros aquilombados

Abstract

Este trabalho objetiva dissertar acerca da perda de humanidade dos negros aquilombados causada pela historiografia negligente e do não-direto à terra enquanto símbolo de socialização e resistência. Para tanto, considerar-se-á sucintamente a disposição histórica dos povos “não-brancos”, a formação do sistema de comércio de escravizados, a questão da própria escravidão e desumanização dessas pessoas, perpassando pela identidade anulada, violência física, patrimonial e a importância da terra e como isso também explica e embasa o apagamento dos quilombolas e o não-reconhecimento de suas terras atualmente. Dois quilombos foram escolhidos para ilustrar as questões abordadas, um com a titulação do território efetivada após anos de brava luta e outro ainda sem o devido reconhecimento legal, apesar do tempo de diligência em prol da legalização da terra comunitária. A ancestralidade e o passado das comunidades quilombolas são importantes para a formulação do presente texto, a fim de apresentar parte da situação dos que ainda resistem ao sistema dominante e permanecem como frutos do período mais obscuro da história brasileira.

This work aims to lecture on the loss of humanity of the black people caused by the negligent historiography and the lack of right of access to the groud as a symbol of socialization and resistance. To this end, the historical disposition of the "non-white" people will be succinctly considered, the formation of the slave trade system, the issue of the slavery and dehumanization of these people, going through the annulled identity, physical violence, patrimonial violence and the importance of the land and how this also explains and undersuptests the erasure of quilombolas and the non-recognition of their lands today. Two quilombos were chosen to illustrate the issues addressed, one with the titration of the territory effected after years of brave struggle, and the other still without legal recognition, despite the time of diligence in favor of the legalization of community land. The ancestry and past of quilombola communities are important for the formulation of this text, in order to present part of the situation of those who still resist the dominant system and remain as fruits of the darkest period in Brazilian history.
